Our Leadership

Oak City Cyber LLC was founded in Houston, Texas by Kurtis Bain, a cybersecurity leader, strategist, and certified professional with a deep history of leading mission-critical defense initiatives for both public and private industry.

My career was built from the ground up starting at the enterprise help desk and evolving through roles as an Information Assurance (IA) Analyst, Security Control Assessor/Auditor, Azure System Administrator, Senior Cloud Security Engineer and Cyber Security Manager directing a highly specialized and talented security team.

Having directly advised C-suite leadership, Chief Information Officers, and federal Authorizing Officials on global enterprise risk, I founded Oak City Cyber to bring this exact caliber of strategic, high-stakes security leadership to small and mid-sized businesses.
